Youth Program
Our CrossFit Kids and Teens programs help youth build strength, coordination, confidence, and a positive relationship with fitness from an early age. We focus on movement quality, body awareness, teamwork, and having fun while learning how to train with good habits and a growth mindset. Classes are age-appropriate, supportive, and designed to help young athletes develop both in and out of the gym. Whether they are looking to build general fitness, improve athleticism, or simply stay active and play games with their peers, our goal is to create an experience that is encouraging, and fun.
How It Works
Our youth programs work by combining age-appropriate training with a focus on movement quality and fun. In a supportive group setting, kids and teens develop strength, coordination, and confidence through exercises designed to build healthy habits and a growth mindset.
