High School
Focused on improving fitness in the offseason. We develop strength, endurance, agility, and speed that transfer over to all in season sports.

For our High School Athletes we focus on proper technique and consistency, and overall aerobic capacity to build the necessary engine to be competitive in any sport.

Every day has a mental toughness component where we focus on developing the skills to be leaders and teammates on the field and in life.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - are in the gym for constantly varied functional movement workouts.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays - we meet on the trails to improve our aerobic engine. You'll develop confidence in VO2 max, lactate threshold, speed endurance, and strength endurance.
Membership also includes 6 days
per week of Bodyweight workouts to do at home or during travel.
Personal Training
We believe in our group class programming. We also understand you may have specific goals that you would like some help on outside of those classes. Our experienced coaches can help you with any individualized fitness goals.
