Brooke jumped into classes at CrossFit Thin Air back in 2023, quickly showcasing her impressive skills in both gymnastics and strength. Brooke loves to be upside down and is not shy of pushing a heavy barbell overhead.
Not long after, Brooke’s curiosity about coaching led her to dive into CrossFit Thin Air’s internship program, where she dedicated countless hours to honing her craft. She has developed a keen eye for movement and mechanics, excelling at breaking down complex techniques and delivering clear, effective guidance to athletes of all levels. Her attention to detail and consistent feedback ensure that every athlete feels supported, whether taking on a tough workout or mastering a new movement.
