Adrienne brings a rare mix of high-level coaching and real-world movement expertise to CrossFit Thin Air. She’s a CrossFit Level 1 coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy, with advanced training in orthopedics and dry needling. Adrienne has spent years working with athletes and active people of all kinds. Her approach is grounded in strong relationships, clear communication, and meeting people where they are so they can keep building strength with confidence.
She plays a critical role in our Legends program, and her calm confidence makes the room feel welcoming from the first minute. Outside the gym you’ll find her weightlifting (deadlifts are her favorite), dancing, fishing, traveling, and adventuring in the mountains with her husband, son, and their two dogs. When Adrienne is coaching, there’s a good chance you’ll hear 90s alternative rock on the speakers.
