We're excited to welcome in Registered Dietitian, Beckie Stauffer, to host her first Nutrition class at CrossFit Thin Air. The Performance Nutrition Basics will be a two hour class focused on four key things: your daily diet, your pre-workout intake, your sport-specific fueling (during exercise).

The Performance Nutrition Basics will be a two hour class focused on four key things: your daily diet, your pre-workout intake, your sport-specific fueling (during exercise), and your recovery intake. Whther you hope to extend your mileage or maximize reps, enhancing these four elements will lead to overall gains in your performance.
This event is limited to the first 12 registrants so that it can be a small, personal group, where you can dive deep into the details and leave with personalized information.
